Delivery Information
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged.
We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6
working days, please reach out to us via email at info@alexandersecurity.co.uk so that we can help.

Each product page will have 2 or 3 different prices and you can choose which delivery method suits you. Choose from our three delivery options below to suit your convenience:

- Delivery Time: Standard delivery time (typically 1-3 working days from dispatch).
- Cost: Free!
2. Indoor Delivery
- Overview: With indoor delivery, our team will bring your items directly into your home.

- Our delivery team will carry your order to the room of your choice within your home or office.
- Items will be delivered to a single location, and no further unpacking or setup will be done.
- If there are stairs involved in your delivery please contact us to let us know.
- Who it’s for: Perfect for customers who need assistance getting their items inside but don’t require installation.
- Delivery Time: Typically 3–5 working days from dispatch.
- Cost: Cost varies on size and weight of the product. All prices are calculated on the product pages.
3. Ground Floor Installation
- Overview: This is our premium service, where we not only deliver but also install or assemble the product on the ground floor.

- Our team will deliver and install the item in your chosen ground-floor room.
- Includes unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging.
- If installation involves electrical appliances or furniture, our trained personnel will handle the setup for you.
- Note: This service is limited to ground-floor installations only.
- Who it’s for: Ideal for customers that require professional installation.
- Delivery Time: Typically 5–7 working days from dispatch.
- Cost: Cost varies on size and weight of the product. All prices are calculated on the product page.
- Delivery times may vary based on location, order size, and product availability.
- Please make sure the path to the delivery location is clear and accessible before delivery. For large items, ensure there is adequate space for assembly or installation.
