Returns and Refunds

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

14-Day Return Period: You have 14 days from the date you physically receive the product to return it for a refund or exchange. This 14-day period starts from the day the product is delivered to your specified address.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Any seals or tags must still be intact.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day return period. You can reach us via returns@alexandersecurity.co.uk

Return Process: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return conditions. Depending on your preference, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or exchange the item for a different size, colour, or product.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs incurred.

Your Statutory Rights: This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law, including your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

 

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@alexandersecurity.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
